Important Shipping Notes

Please ensure all order details are correct before finalising your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched with tracking details emailed to you, shipping details cannot be changed.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment is well-received.
If you miss your delivery, a redelivery card will be left in your front door/mailbox. Please arrange redelivery or collection directly with your local courier depot. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or missed redelivery, re-shipment fees may apply.

Exchanges or refunds are available for item in original saleable condition, unworn, unused and undamaged items with original tags attached to the garment in their original packaging, within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Return courier tickets may be provided at our discretion. For returns relating to defective or incorrect items, we may cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
If your purchase included a free gift, both the gift and the purchased item must be returned in order to receive a refund.
On-sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For faulty item, please email sales@fancyfairy.co.nz within 2 days after receiving your order, including a clear photo of the item (unworn and unused) and a description of the fault. Fancy Fairy reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a faulty item is eligible for return or replacement.
Replacements are processed within 1–3 working days after receiving your return.
