Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original saleable condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged with original tags attached to the garment in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
If your purchase included a free gift, both the gift and the purchased item must be returned in order to receive a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@fancyfairy.co.nz for instructions includes return address. Return fees will be at buyer's own cost.
Once returned item is received, we will inform customer by email whether return is accepted or rejected. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with description of defects or photos if applicable. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and accessories (for health and hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
